Web Detective Review

Web Detective

Unfortunately Web Detective offers more of the same for internet users who are looking for hassle free access to records and information. Many of the links only guide users to premium sites that attempt to sell the information.

The silver lining to this occurrence is the opportunity to at least use free sites that can provide information assuming the customer has at least some background information about their subject. Though a tiny consolation prize, these free sites can at least point a user in the right direction or even answer their inquiry if it is a small or limited one.

One area that customers won’t have a problem with is the number of choices they are offered. Web detective offers several hundred outlets through which customers can guide their search. In terms of resources, Web Detective is second to none.

One area of complaint with Web Detective is its lackluster organization. Rather than organize and arrange links by category and build a separate page for each, the information seems like a haphazardly thrown together list.

Perhaps it is a testament to the amount of information that Web Detective provides that one could argue that it really needs subcategories, but the fact remains that in its current form Web Detective just appears too cluttered.

For $29.95, Web Detective provides a “service” in that they’ve weeded out good sources of information, but the price is still a bit steep for what they’re offering. Those who are looking for a fast, convenient serving of information should enjoy Web Detective.
